Located next to a serene lagoon, The Westin Turtle Bay Resort & Spa is a five-star resort in Mauritius, situated in historic Balaclava on the sheltered northwest coast. Set on 10 hectares (800 metres) of beachfront within the tranquil and protected Turtle Bay Marine Park against a stunning backdrop of mountains, sugar cane and extraordinary views.

Each guestroom and suite offers stunning ocean views and an outside terrace or balcony. Separated into 15 island villas, the resort's accommodation provides guests with uninterrupted and direct access to the Indian Ocean offering a private sanctuary for the duration of their stay. Each terrace, complete with a sun lounger area provides striking views -particularly at sunset. Reflective of the rustic materials found across the island, the rooms are styled with dark wood panelling, pale beige stone and foliage reflecting its lush surroundings. Slick bathrooms feature a separate shower and bath, marble floors and own brand, White Tea by Westin, bath amenities.

The Heavenly Spa by Westin
Designed to soothe and invigorate the senses, The Heavenly Spa is the perfect place for guests to relax. Facilities include a whirlpool, steam room and sauna alongside treatment rooms and separate men's and women's lounges. In keeping with Westin's focus on wellbeing, the spa offers a Be Well/Ness Sunday package providing guests with a holistic mind and body experience consisting of a private consultation with one of the resort's wellness experts, a rejuvenating 60-minute massage, access to the Eat Well Buffet, serving fresh and organic dishes, and a 20% discount on the à la carte lunch menu across the hotels' restaurants. What's more, guests can enjoy private, personalised in-room treatments with the spa's resident therapist or visit the fitness centre to access state-of-the-art equipment or studio rooms

Kangan offers vibrant and modern Indian cuisine, whilst Beach Grill specialises in fresh seafood and grilled meats served against panoramic ocean views. Fusion offers elevated Japanese and international cuisines with sushi platters and immersive Teppanyaki cooking taking centre stage at dinner and Seasonal Tastes offers a variety of cuisines at cooking stations by the beach. Or, for a relaxed setting by the sea, guests can head to Mystique Bar & Lounge for Pan Asian dishes, cocktails and late-night dancing or unwind at The Retreat Bar.

Family Offerings & Activities
Guests have access to a vast array of exceptional sports, relaxation facilities and family offerings, including sailing, snorkelling and windsurfing. Westin Family caters to children from check-in to check-out – on arrival they are provided with a Westin Family Travel Journal and Activity Guide as a guide to their surroundings and embark on local adventures. A host of interactive activities for little ones, aged 3-12 years are available at The Westin Family Kids Club open daily from 9am-7.45pm. Curated classes include arts & crafts, movie night, chef cooking classes, dancing, crab hunting and glass-bottomed boat trips. Other facilities include tennis courts, babysitting services and a diving centre alongside a host of planned beach activities and water sports.
