Family-run business Dough with the Flow is celebrating its fifth anniversary, marking a milestone for the much-loved Hertfordshire-based caterers. Founded in 2020 by Lara Walton and Charlie Walton, the company was born from a shared love of pizza and great food during lockdown. Specialising in Italian-style sourdough pizza cooked in real wood-fired ovens, Dough with the Flow uses fresh, locally sourced ingredients to deliver authentic flavours.
