Blooms Balloons Bakes is a Mother and Daughter duo who are fully qualified in cake making and decorating, balloon art and floristry. We strive to create the perfect design for your occasion, baked with the finest ingredients and designed with love and care.

Based in Hertfordshire, we deliver to surrounding counties, but can travel further afield too. By offering all these staples, we aim to make your party needs and events easier to plan!
