Live ‘la vie en rose’ at Sopwell House as the luxury Georgian hotel unveils the new Rosé Summer Terrace. The charming patio has been adorned with abundant blooms on the stunning grounds overlooking the gardens. It offers a menu of still and sparkling rosés and cocktails in every hue of pink, from the palest blush to cerise, alongside seasonal British dishes. Let the rosé flow with still choices such as Chapel Down English Rosé with pure strawberry aromas and Estandon Coteaux Varois en Provence Rosé, while sparkling varieties include Balfour Rose Brut and Laurent Perrier Cuvée Rosé Champagne.
Cocktail lovers can enjoy pink creations like the limited-edition Lanique Spritz, created in partnership with the rose petal liqueur and topped with prosecco and soda alongside classics like Cosmopolitan and Kir Royale. Pair pink drinks with an indulgent choice of plates from land and sea with starters of Charred English Asparagus with truffle-infused Burford egg remoulade, rocket, aged parmesan and balsamic, plus Torched Mackerel Fillet with pickled cucumber, spring beetroot, horseradish cream, shallots and Onuga caviar. Mains include Cornish Lemon Sole and Beef Cheeks Ragout Pappardelle. End sweetly with Orange Cointreau Brûlée or a Pineapple Mango Pannacotta.
Open daily until 10 pm, get your pink on at Sopwell House Rosé Terrace. To book, visit www.sopwellhouse.co.uk, call 01727 864 477 or email enquiries@sopwellhouse.co.uk.
