Finding the perfect setting to celebrate relationships and make that life-long commitment is important. That’s why the Cheshunt Register Office team will do everything to ensure couples receive memorable wedding ceremonies by working alongside them.
The beautifully appointed Octagonal Suite sits at the heart of Bishop’s College, a former theological college founded by The Dowager Countess of Huntingdon in the 18th century. This bright, welcoming room has a splendid and unusual wooden vaulted ceiling with natural light streaming through tall, attractive leaded windows. It’s stylishly furnished with pale green carpet, chairs and beautiful floral arrangements. The maximum number of guests permitted for the Octagonal Suite is 50. The ceremony rooms have a music system with Bluetooth and a CD player.
The grounds feature a small lake, a bridge over the New River, a mature garden and trees. They offer excellent photography opportunities with attractive buildings and ornate stone arches. There’s a pay-and-display car park at the front of the building, limited on-street parking and disabled access.
